Refund policy
At Ardy Kids, your satisfaction is important to us. We understand that shopping online for children can sometimes be tricky, which is why we aim to keep our exchange process simple and stress-free.
Exchanges & Store Credit
- We offer exchanges where stock is available.
- If your preferred size is unavailable due to low stock, we will issue a store credit in the form of a checkout code, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Refunds
- We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing or change of mind.
- Refunds are only provided for faulty garments (new, unworn items only).

Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, items must:
- Be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.
- Be unworn, unused, and free from stains or marks.
- Have all swing tags securely attached.
- Be returned in the original packaging.
Sale & Promotional Items:
- Sale items and promotional purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
- Faulty items must still be reported and returned within 7 days of purchase to be considered.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return postage costs, unless the item is deemed faulty.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Ardy Kids is not responsible for items lost in transit.
How to Return an Item:

- Your order number
- The reason for the return

Photos, if the item is faulty

Once approved, we will provide a return address.
Items must be sent back within 7 days of receiving the return details. -
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email and issued:
- An exchange, or

A store credit/voucher equal to the value of the returned item.
Ardy Kids reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
