At ARDY Kids, we want you to feel confident shopping with us.

We know buying clothes for children online can sometimes be tricky, so we aim to keep our returns and exchanges process clear, fair, and stress-free.

Exchanges & Store Credit

  • We offer exchanges, subject to stock availability.
  • If your preferred size or style is unavailable due to low stock, you’ll receive store credit in the form of a checkout code.
  • Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing or change of mind.
  • Refunds are only provided for faulty garments (new, unworn items only).

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, items must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Be unworn, unused, and free from stains or marks.
  • Have all swing tags securely attached.
  • Be returned in the original packaging.

Sale & Promotional Items:

  • Sale items and promotional purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
  • Faulty items must still be reported and returned within 14 days of purchase to be considered.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return postage costs, unless the item is deemed faulty.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Ardy Kids is not responsible for items lost in transit.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Email hello@ardykids.com, including:
    • Your order number
    • The reason for the return
    • Photos, if the item is faulty
  2. Once approved, we will provide a return address.
    Items must be sent back within 30 days of receiving the return details.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email and issued:
    • An exchange, or
    • A store credit/voucher equal to the value of the returned item.

Ardy Kids reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
