We currently offer sizes for babies and kids aged 1–8 years. Each product page includes a detailed size guide to help you find the perfect fit.

Yes! Most ARDY pieces are designed to be unisex, with relaxed fits and colours that work for all kids.
What fabrics do you use?
All our garments are made from 100% cotton or natural, breathable fabrics — gentle on sensitive skin and perfect for everyday wear.

How do I wash ARDY clothing?
We recommend:
Cold machine wash, Gentle cycle, Wash inside out, Do not tumble dry
This helps maintain colour, shape, and softness.

How much is shipping?
New Zealand : $7NZD
New Zealand Rural : $12NZD
Australia : $25NZD
✨ Free shipping on NZ orders over $100 NZD and Australia over $250 NZD
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days or more depending on your location.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Yes — we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached, within 30days of delivery.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
We’re happy to offer an exchange (subject to stock availability). Just email us and we’ll help you out.

What if an item sells out?
Our collections are produced in limited quantities. If something sells out, it may not be restocked — so we recommend grabbing your favourites early.
